My fiancé and I wanted to look at a house so we called the number on the for sale sign out front. Charlene told us there was an offer on the one we were interested in and that we can still schedule a time to see it and if we give her our home-buying criteria maybe a few more afterwards. I was skeptical due to the fact that there weren't many homes for sale in our area especially with at least one acre of land. Unsurprisingly, the house we were interested in accepted their offer the next day. What did surprise me was Charlene already having another house that met our criteria. We looked at the old farm house and loved it but were worried about the VA approving it. It was built in the 50's and bound to have some quirks, also it was right at the edge of our budget. Charlene assured us from her years of experience in real-estate in the area that she was pretty confident it would pass all inspections and sure enough after getting a home inspection it came back with only a few bigger ticket concerns. She was able to not only keep the closing price range in our league but also got the seller to agree to a credit that went towards those repairs.

She answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly. She went to several houses and gave us great video tours of the houses.
